Made from the finest steel and boxwood, the Chefs professional series of Pallarès knives are available in four sizes.

Unique detailing of the chefs’ professional series includes a semi square handle with a polished stamped cap and a sharpened bolster to a fine point at the heal.

Boxwood has been used for the handle due to its density and tight even grain which is naturally resistant to water.

Pallarès has been manufacturing knives since 1917 in a region of Spain historically known for its knife making. Pallarès is the only knife manufacturer that has stood the test of time.

Sizing Guide

15cm is a smaller chef’s knife suited to fine control. It is light weight and well suited to a domestic kitchen.

20 cm is a standard large domestic knife well suited to everyday use and our most popular size.

22.5cm is a large knife and is generally not suited to standard domestic sizes chopping boards. They are suitable for large domestic kitchens or commercial kitchens. 

25cm a very large knife generally only suited for commercial kitchens.
