Pallarès has designed a stunning Japanese style knife in the form of the Santoku.
The Santoku is one of our favourite knives because of its versatility. Measuring in at 17cm, it is suitable for domestic and commercial kitchens.
Unique detailing of the chefs’ professional series includes a semi square handle with a polished stamped cap and ground kullens.
Boxwood has been used for the handle due to its density and tight even grain which is naturally resistant to water. The smooth texture and feel of the knife make it a breeze to use.
